Refunds & cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until the kitchen starts preparing them.

If something is wrong with your meal, tell us within 2 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it.

Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method (card, UPI or bank) within 5–7 working days. Refunds for payments made directly to our UPI ID are sent to the same UPI account within 2 working days.
